Randolph "Bubber" Wagner

Randolph “Bubber” Vaiden Wagner, 82, of Blue Grass, died Thursday, June 7, 2007.
He was born October 30, 1924 at Blue Grass, a son of the late Dennis Brown and Sudie Lee (Jordan) Wagner.
Mr. Wagner retired from Virginia Department of Transportation after 45 years of service.
He was a member of Franklin Moose Lodge #769.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Bernice Funkhouser and a nephew, J.D. Funkhouser.
He is survived by a brother, Gene Wagner; a niece, Sandy Funkhouser; two nephews, Gene Wagner, Jr. and Dennis Wagner, a great-niece, Jennifer Funkhouser, all of Woodstock and extended family members, Sharon and Henry Harper of Monterey.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, June 11, 2007 at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell by the Rev. Darren Massey. Burial will be at Blue Grass Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be George Colaw, Henry Harper, Gene Wagner, Jr., Dennis Wagner, Bardon Warner and Joe Will.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
