STAUNTON, VA Norma Hamilton Hunt, 87, of Staunton and formerly of Mustoe, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Hospice House in Charlottesville. She was born February 14, 1927 in Mustoe a daughter of the late Kenton Mustoe and Mary Emma (McLaughlin) Hamilton. Mrs. Hunt was a homemaker and a member of Victory Chapel Advent Christian Church. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Hamilton and Blanche Folks and two brothers, Bill and Loyd Hamilton. Mrs. Hunt is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Walker of Monterey; son, Ellison "Buddy" Hunt of Mustoe; sister, Annie Baldwin of Fishersville and five grandchildren, number of great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was blessed to have a wonderful neighbor and caregiver, Edith Jackson. A special blessing is sent to Hospice of the Piedmont and Hospice House of Charlottesville, for sharing the journey with Norma. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in the McLaughlin Cemetery at Norma's homeplace with the Rev. Kevin Haynes officiating.
