Mary Raines

Mary “Jackie” Raines, age 55, of Monterey, died Sunday, July 16, 2006 at her residence. She was born September 15, 1950 at Akron, OH a daughter of the late Marne E. and Nina Wandalee (Erb) Himelright.
Mrs. Raines was a loving mother and grandmother.
She had worked at Hanover Shoe Factory, Pendleton Nursing Home and the Maple Restaurant.
She is survived by her companion, Jim Pitsenbarger of Monterey; three daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn Smith of Staunton, Wanda and Mike Lambert of Circleville, WV and Melissa and J.M. Simmons of Doe Hill; seven grandchildren, Jamie Morgan, Lindsey and Ashley Vandevander, Lyle Smith, Haley and Cody Lambert and Travis Simmons and a sister, Karen Harkless of Moorefield, WV.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Monterey Cemetery by Pastor Sam Harper.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Thompson, Mark Waybright, Steve and Tom Pitsenbarger, Billy Raines, Doug Puffenbarger, Mike Lambert and J.M. Simmons.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell.
