Loleta Beatrice Whitelaw

Loleta Beatrice Whitelaw, age 64, of Ft. Howard, Md., and Mill Gap, died Sunday afternoon, December 19th, 1992 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

She was born February 28th, 1928, a daughter of Wilmer Marrion and Susie (Miller) Ayers.

On June 18th, 1946, she married John J. Whitelaw Sr.

She was a member of Green Hill United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, John J. Jr. of Ft. Howard, Md., and Ronald T. Whitelaw of Montgomery County, Md.; three brothers, Edward K., Joseph E. and Charles Randolph Ayers, all of Dundalk, Md.; four sister, Clara V. Sanville, Cora L. Whitelaw, Isabell M. Judd and Peggy M. Foltz, all of Ft. Howard, Md.; and five grandchildren.

A service will be conducted at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell by the Rev. David Shill. Burial will be in the Monterey Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be Fred, Tom and Bob Whitelaw, Robert Foltz, Phillip Burns and Robin Vance.
