Lester Halterman

Lester Wayne Halterman, 47, of Monterey, died on Saturday, April 5, 1997 at his residence.

He was born on February 18, 1950 at Monterey, a son of Howard Lester and Marie (White) Halterman.

A member of Asbury Methodist Church, he was a farmer.

In addition to his parents of Monterey, he is survived by a brother, William E. Halterman of Staunton.

He was preceded in death by a brother Howard Dale Halterman on May 2, 1990.

A service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Blue Grass Cemetery by the Rev. Jerry Ginn.

There will be no public viewing.
