Iris Waybright

The funeral for Iris Geneva Ratcliffe Waybright, 75, Colonial Beach, will be held at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell.

The Rev. Jerry Ginn will conduct the service. Burial will be in Blue Grass Cemetery.

Mrs. Waybight died December 5, 1995 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.

She was born December 1, 1920 in Blacksburg and was a daughter of Roy Byron and Lena Grubb Ratcliffe.

She was a member of Swank Chapel and had retired from the Aileen Plant in Monterey.

Her husband, Vivan Waybright, died May 6, 1981.

Surviving are one daughter, Phyllis Arbogast of Blue grass; four sons, Dickie Waybright, Tucson, Az., Roy B., Larry L. and Danny D. Waybright, all of Colonial Beach; one sister Betty Jo Sarver, Joplin, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
