Evelyn Jack

Evelyn (Kiser) Jack, 95, of Blue Grass, died on Saturday evening, May 23, 1998, at Camelot Nursing Home, Harrisonburg.

She was born on May 20, 1903, at Franklin, WV, a daughter of William and Vista (Lough) Kiser.

She was a member of Blue Grass United Methodist Church, Blue Grass Homemakers Club and Highland Senior Citizens.

Surviving are a daughter, Betty Lou Dunkle of Virginia Beach; two sons, James Ray and John William Jack, both of Blue Grass; nine children; and a number of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Jack Jr.

A service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Richard Gibson, with burial in Blue Grass Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home or at the residence of her sons.
