Ella Lousie “Dusty” Candelaria, 80, of Williamsville passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at her home.

She was born January 18, 1940, a daughter to the late Mildred June (Brewer) and Lillard Riley Shores.

Dusty spent 30 years in various positions at Science Applications International including administration, comptroller, and system administrator for various domestic and international projects. Dusty will be remembered as a loving, wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son, Lawrence “Larry” Elkins and brother, Gary “Gus” Lewis Shores.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Angel C. Candelaria of Williamsville; son, Wesley Elkins of Herndon; as well as siblings, Harold Shores and wife, Elizabeth of New Freedom, Pa., Pamela Lew and husband, Eugene of Olney, Md., Charlie Raymond Shores of Sterling and Robin Diane Shores of Silver Spring, Md.; as well as six grandchildren.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
