Dakota Hunter Halterman

A graveside service for Dakota Hunter Halterman, infant son of Randall and Sherry Mongold Halterman of Cherry Grove, WV will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Halterman family cemetery on Snowy Mountain. The Rev. Jim Goforth will conduct the service.

He died May 15, 1994, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville and was born May 11, 1994, at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Russell and Wanda Mongold of Franklin, WV and Clemet and Frances Halterman of Franklin.

The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. today at Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell.
