Betty Lotts
August 4, 1947 — August 22, 2006
Betty Ann (Rexrode) Lotts, age 59, died Tuesday, August 22, 2006 Marymount Hospital. She was born August 4, 1947 at Monterey a daughter of the late James Randolph and Edith Jane (Swearengin) Rexrode. On August 31, 1963 she married Leon Lotts.
Mrs. Lotts was a member of the New Life Fellowship Church in Akron, Ohio and was a homemaker.
She survived by her husband, Leon Lotts of Macedonia, OH; a son, Allan Lotts of Macedonia, OH; two brothers, Curtis “Bub” Rexrode of Monterey and Roger “Rusty” Rexrode of Millboro; four sisters, Charlotte Botkin of Monterey, Maxine Simmons of Churchville, Nancy Stanley of Mt. Solon and Brenda Puffenbarger of Staunton; two grandchildren Rachel and Ashlee Lotts of Macedonia and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two infant sons and a sister, Barbara Mitchell.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Obaugh Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester LaPrade officiating. Interment will follow in the Monterey Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will be Jamie and Chris Rexrode, Dave Lotts, Greg and Anthony Lotts and Derek Botkin. Honorary Pallbearers will be friends attending the service.
